MoccaFest 2019, Thanks so much to the Society of Illustrators for having me!

Hi everyone!

My name is Kevin Speidell, I’m an illustrator living in Manhattan. Though I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, it was during my time as an undergraduate at the School of Visual Arts in 2009, where I began developing my visual language through drawing and watercolor.

In many ways my work is pulled from the humorous aspects of everyday life, with a strong influence from children’s books, short stories, and narrative fiction. I am very proud to say that I have been able to lend my expertise to clients such as: The Boston Globe, The Globe and Mail, and Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine, just to name a few.

I am open to many different opportunities and types of illustration as I have been able to utilize both traditional and digital media in my work. Feel free to email me at Speidell.Kevin@gmail.com, or fill out a form in the contact page to get in touch and collaborate on a project!

It has been an amazing experience having my work been recognized by both Society of Illustrators, and Creative Quarterly.
